Liner and adhesive have been tuned closely to each other, nevertheless if in extreme circumstances the liner is more difficult to remove.
The adhesive of a product can have a very high initial tack. In some exceptional cases it can happen that initially the release liner cannot be released so easily. For these circumstances here useful instructions:

take the tape at the end (cross-side, -see the arrow-)

between thump and finger with a mutual distance of 1 cm to 1,5 cm

shake (move) the tape quickly up and down so that the liner will crumple

the liner will get loose and can be removed from the adhesive….
